The hotel bar was comfortable. A gentleman behind the bar was attentive and spoke with knowledge about available drinks. There was a selection of bar meals. I found an option to eat in the Brunel Bistro.

The staff was lovely and accommodating during my entire stay. the breakfast included ample choices with a continental buffet, alongside hot breakfasts cooked to order. i also appreciated the christmas decorations. They added festive joy to the surroundings.

the bedroom blind wasn't as wide as the window, letting in light.

The staff provided good instructions regarding parking. Luckily, they did not charge for parking. a lady manager literally ran to the bus station to return my phone charger. this was amazing customer service and i found it very sweet.
